Ingredients for 6 servings
- 1 beautiful cleaned duck
- A few peeled apples, cut into large quarters
- salt and ground pepper
1 Put the duck in a roasting pan and fill it completely with large apple quarters.
2 Salt and pepper.
3 Cook in a gentle oven at 130°C (265°F) for 3 to 4 hours, turning regularly.
The duck will come out of the oven confit, tender, it's a marvel of simplicity and flavors !!!
