Ingredients for 4 servings
- 150 grams of garlic and herb cheese
- 2 tablespoons of liquid cream
- 16 large button mushrooms
- gruyere cheese
1 Wash the mushrooms then cut off the stems.
2 Mix the cheese and liquid cream.
3 Put this mixture in a piping bag and fill the mushrooms.
4 Add gruyere to some mushrooms to alternate the flavors.
5 Place on the barbecue and wait for the cream to become creamy
