Start with the chicken breast. You need to flatten it between two sheets of plastic wrap using a rolling pin.
Choose your favourite mushrooms and cut them into 3 cm cubes.
To bring out all the flavours, add minced garlic, shallots, and parsley. If you like garlic, add more. If you love mushrooms, prepare more.
Place the mushrooms on a plate with a little olive oil over high heat and cook them for about two minutes, stirring regularly.
Then lower the heat, add the parsley, and let it cook for another two minutes.
Add this mixture to the chicken and roll everything in plastic wrap.
Steam the roll for 15 to 20 minutes.
While cooking, pour a little olive oil into a pan and add the asparagus.
Unwrap the chicken and pour everything into the pan with the asparagus.
Gently slice the chicken as you like and serve with asparagus.
Wine pairing: Chablis Premier Cru Montée de Tonnerre.
