Ingredients for 4 servings
- One tart crust (shortcrust), store-bought or homemade.
- 400 gr of fresh chanterelles
- (craterellus lutescens, or tubaeformis)
- 200 gr of smoked bacon lardons.
- 25 cl of thick crème fraîche.
- 75 gr of grated Gruyère.
- Olive oil, salt, pepper, parsley, garlic, Herbes de Provence.
- And of course a tart pan!
