Ingredients for 4 servings
- One tart crust (shortcrust), store-bought or homemade.
- 14 oz (400 gr) of fresh chanterelles
- (craterellus lutescens, or tubaeformis)
- 7 oz (200 gr) of smoked bacon lardons.
- 1.1 cups (25 cl) of thick crème fraîche.
- 2.6 oz (75 gr) of grated Gruyère.
- Olive oil, salt, pepper, parsley, garlic, Herbes de Provence.
- And of course a tart pan!
