  1. One tart crust (shortcrust), store-bought or homemade.
  2. 14 oz (400 gr) of fresh chanterelles
  3. (craterellus lutescens, or tubaeformis)
  4. 7 oz (200 gr) of smoked bacon lardons.
  5. 1.1 cups (25 cl) of thick crème fraîche.
  6. 2.6 oz (75 gr) of grated Gruyère.
  7. Olive oil, salt, pepper, parsley, garlic, Herbes de Provence.
  8. And of course a tart pan!
