Recipe: Hot Chocolate
Step-by-step directions
In a saucepan, put 2.1 cups (50 cl) of milk with 0.4 cup (10 cl) of water, bring to a boil, add 7 oz (200g) of chocolate, stir and let cook for 15 minutes on very low heat, stirring so it doesn't stick.
Strain through a sieve to filter the preparation and let cool.
When serving, whip the very cold cream into whipped cream, gently reheat the chocolate, whip it and pour it into cups, place the whipped cream on top and sprinkle chocolate powder on top and enjoy.
