  • 2.2 lb (1 kg) sweet onions
  • 12.25 oz (350 g) brown sugar
  • 7 oz (200 g) golden raisins
  • 2 dl white wine
  • 2 dl white vinegar
  • 1 clove of garlic, germ removed and crushed
  • 1 dessert spoon of curry
