Calisson Cream
  • 20 cl (0.8 cup) of liquid cream,
  • 10 cl (0.4 cup) of milk,
  • 3 egg yolks,
  • 4 sage leaves,
  • 120 g (4.25 oz) of calisson paste which consists of:
  • 60 g (2.1 oz) of almond powder,
  • 50 g (1.75 oz) of candied melon,
  • 10 g (0.4 oz) of honey.
