How to do it on iPhone :
1. In Safari, tap the Share button (square with an up arrow, at the bottom of the screen).
2. Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen".
3. Tap Add at the top right.
5.25 oz (150 g) of flour + 3.5 oz (100 g) of cornstarch
3 eggs
1/2.1 qt (2 liter) of milk
1.1 oz (30 g) of sugar
1 tablespoon of liquid pistachio flavoring
2 tablespoons of water (if the batter is too thick)
For the chocolate cream:
3.5 oz (100 g) of chocolate
0.8 cup (20 cl) of thick heavy cream
Step-by-step directions
Mix the flour + cornstarch + eggs + milk little by little. Add the tablespoon of liquid pistachio. Let rest for 1 hour. Cook your crêpes. For the chocolate cream: Boil your cream and add the chopped chocolate. That's all there is to it. Your cream is ready. Fill your crêpe with the chocolate cream. Enjoy!!!
