Ingredients
- 40 cl of milk
- 1 vanilla pod
- 160 g of white flour
- 15 cl of water
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of agave syrup
In a saucepan heat the milk with the vanilla pod split and scraped, once the milk has boiled let it cool.
In a bowl put the flour, vanilla sugar mix gently with the milk, add the oil, agave syrup and water. Mix well and let rest for 20 minutes.
And cook your crepes in a pan or with a crepe maker.
Enjoy with butter and brown sugar.
