Ingredients for 4 servings
- 250 g of flour
- 30 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 65 g of butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 30 cl of milk
1 Put the flour, baking powder and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add the whole eggs and mix well.
2 Add the butter that you have melted beforehand, then gradually thin the mixture with milk to avoid lumps.
3 Let it rest for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
4 Cook like crêpes, but make them smaller.
This recipe can be made savory by removing the sugar, making it ideal for preparing your pancakes served warm and serving them alongside smoked fish and, of course, caviar.
