1 beat an egg in a soup plate and put some breadcrumbs in a flat plate.
2/ coat the seasoned chicken escalopes in the egg then in the breadcrumbs to bread them then put them in a very hot pan with a little olive oil and cook for 5 minutes on each side then remove to the same pan
cook the bacon slices then lastly the bananas, which you will sprinkle with a little brown sugar to make a light caramelized sauce.
serve on each plate the escalope topped with bacon slices then harmoniously the 2 half caramelized bananas on each side
