Ingredients for 4 servings
- 50 g (1.75 oz) of sliced almonds.
- 50 g (1.75 oz) of breadcrumbs.
- 2 eggs.
- 50 g (1.75 oz) of flour.
- 4 escalopes (chicken for me).
- salt, pepper
- 1 heaping tablespoon of butter.
1 Mix the almonds and breadcrumbs.
Beat the eggs, pour the flour onto a plate.
Rinse the escalopes with cold water, dry them well.
2/ Salt and pepper, pass them through the flour then through the beaten eggs.
Then pass them through the almond mixture.
3/ Brown them in a pan with butter, 4 to 5 minutes per side, over medium heat.
