- 1 bunch of watercress, leaves cut with 1 to 2 cm of stem, well cleaned
- 30 g (1.1 oz) of sesame seeds
- 1 shallot, minced
- 30 cl (1.25 cups) of liquid cream (30%)
- 80 g (2.8 oz) of half-salted butter
- canola oil
- salt, freshly ground pepper
- 1 pinch of Combava powder (from Madagascar preferably)
