Ingredients
- For approximately 20 galettes.
- 250 g (8.75 oz) of flour.
- 250 g (8.75 oz) of soft butter.
- 250 g (8.75 oz) of fine sugar or brown sugar (muscovado).
- 5 whole eggs.
- 1 galette iron.
- 1 galette fork.
- 1 cooling rack.

- I add instead of vanilla a few drops of bitter almond extract and 50 g (1.75 oz) of ground almonds. or
- a few slices of jonagold apples (1 large apple.) or
- chocolate chips that resist cooking.
