  • 2 leeks, 2 turnips, 2 carrots, 2 onions, cut into large dice the 4 cloves of garlic crushed,
  • 1 heart of green cabbage washed and cut into fairly large pieces.

  • (or Tarbais beans, mojettes 1/2 dried etc)

  • 4 potatoes (bintje) cut into large dice,
