Ingredients for 8 servings

- 250 g (8.75 oz) of ground beef
- 400 g (14 oz) of cooked organic chickpeas
- 1 whole egg
- 1 onion brunoise - (small dice)
- 1 red and green bell pepper cut the same way.
- 2 cloves of garlic degerminated and chopped
- olive oil
- tomato concentrate
- fresh or dried mint
- salt and freshly ground pepper.
