Step-by-step directions
1 Place the sea bass fillets in an oven-safe dish, add olive oil, wine, salt, and garam masala.
2 Cover with orange slices. On top, place aluminum foil and put in the oven at thermostat 7° for 20 minutes.
3 When the fillets are cooked, place them on serving plates with the oranges and sprinkle with borage.
Fresh borage has a delicious oyster flavor with fish
Serve immediately.
