Grand Ma's orange flavoured sponge cake:

  • 2.8 oz (80g) corn flour/starch: 1.75 oz (50g) + 1.1 oz (30g) for the bottom of the tin
  • 1.75 oz (50g) wheat flour
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs: 4 egg yolk and 4 egg whites
  • 1.1 oz (30g) of sugar lumps
  • 3g of salt
  • 1 orange
  • 1.4 fl oz (4cl) of "Grand Marnier" or "Cointreau" (optional)
