  • Between land and sea, scallops with curry per person:
  • 4 scallops
  • 2 crab pastes
  • 1 langoustine
  • 6 large prawns
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 gray shallot
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder
  • 1 pinch of fleur de sel
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
