- 3.5 oz (100 gr) of snail butter
- 10 eggs salt and pepper
Step-by-step recipe
1 Pan-fry the snails, add the snail butter, then transfer to a plate.
2 Beat your eggs with a fork, salt (lightly) and pepper, then add the sautéed snails
3 Make your omelette as usual flat or rolled and serve with a small arugula salad for example.
