A shortcut on your phone for one-tap access.
How to do it on iPhone :
1. In Safari, tap the Share button (square with an up arrow, at the bottom of the screen).
2. Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen".
3. Tap Add at the top right.
21 oz (600 g) bread flour with milk or brioche (Francine style)
7 oz (200 g) buckwheat flour
21 oz (600 g) liquid honey
7 oz (200 g) butter
2 glasses of milk (medium water glass)
various spices (green anise, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla) approximately two level tablespoons
candied or dried fruits
orange jam half a jar
two level tablespoons of baking soda
Step-by-step directions
1 Mix the two flours and baking soda.
2 Melt the milk, butter and honey with the spices. Mix the flours with the lukewarm milk (with the other ingredients), the orange jam and dried or candied fruits (dried oranges or bananas etc...) .
3 Bake at 180°. For baking time, it depends on ovens, so the old-fashioned method, stick a knife in it!!!
I use molds for medium cakes (there are 6 spaces for one mold). So if you take a normal cake dish set the oven to 160 °.
