- 8 teaspoons of blueberry vinegar (or other red fruit)
- 8 teaspoons of soy sauce
- 4 branches of fresh thyme
- freshly ground pepper
- 200 g of mushrooms
- 2 slices of white bread
- 60 cl of port
- 1 shallot
- one tablespoon of olive oil.
- 1 teaspoon of cornstarch (or potato starch)
