  • Roasted scallops of dogfish for 4 people:
  • 2 Dogfish fillets ready to use of approximately 14 oz (400 g)
  • 8 thin slices of Coppa (or bacon)
  • 10.5 oz (300 g) of button mushroom heads
  • 1.75 oz (50 g) of raw fava beans
  • 2 cloves of garlic, degermed and chopped
  • olive oil
  • salt and ground pepper
  • fermented soy sauce (Kikkoman for example)
