Ingredients
- 250 g of softened butter (pomade)
- 250 g of sugar
- 3 whole eggs
- 20 g of cinnamon
- 200 g of chopped almonds
- 500 g of flour
- lemon zest + a little juice
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt.
- Knead the butter and flour together, then add the whole eggs, almonds, cinnamon and sugar. Make a very homogeneous dough, let it rest overnight.
- Spread it the next day in a layer 0.5 cm thick.
- Cut into heart and clover shapes, brush with beaten egg.
- Place on a buttered and floured baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes in a hot oven.
