- 400 grs of monkfish
- 1 onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 mild green chili peppers
- 2 carrots
- 1 turnip
- 1 zucchini
- 1 large tomato
- 1 small jar of mini artichoke hearts
- salt / pepper
- 1/2 tsp of turmeric
- 1/2 tsp of ras el hanout
- 1/2 tsp of saffron
- 1/2 tsp of sweet paprika
- 1/2 bunch of fresh coriander
- and olive oil
