- 400 g (14 oz) of Linguines

- 70 g (2.5 oz) of Parma Ham cut into strips
- a few green soy sprouts (or broad beans)
- some chopped chives
- lemon thyme (if you have) 1 bay leaf
- 1 clove some coriander seeds
- a few drops of salty soy sauce
- salt and ground pepper.
