Ingredients for 6 servings
- 1 baguette
- 6 sliced spring onions
- 1 mozzarella
- 50 g (1.75 oz) grated parmesan
- 100 g (3.5 oz) grated cheddar or gruyère cut into cubes
- 100 ml (0.4 cup) cream
- 6 eggs
- chives
1 Cut the baguette into 1 cm slices and place them in a 24 cm x 24 cm dish.
2/ Place the onions, mozzarella, parmesan and cheddar in a food processor.
Add the cream and eggs and blend until you obtain a creamy mixture.
Pour over the bread slices, check the seasoning, then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
The next day preheat your oven to 180°C (355°F).
Remove the protective film and cook for approximately 30 minutes.
