- two cloves of garlic
- 7 oz (200 g) of turkey thighs
- 1.75 oz (50 g) of coppa
- 1.75 oz (50 g) of pancetta
- black pepper
- Espelette pepper
- olive oil
Step-by-step recipe
slice the turkey and charcuterie
julienne the vegetables
prepare the pasta cooking
sauté the turkey, set aside
sauté the charcuterie then set aside
stir-fry the vegetables until just crispy assemble everything and keep warm
as soon as the pasta is ready add the raw arugula to the pasta, mix, serve
