Ingredients for 8 servings
- 4 large eggs
- 200 g flour
- 1 packet of yeast
- 15 cl milk
- 7 cl olive oil
- 2 leeks
- 80 g gruyere
- 100 g bacon
- salt, pepper
1- Prepare the leeks, wash them and cut them into rounds.
2- Cook them in a covered sauté pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Let cook for 10 minutes.
3- Brown the bacon in a pan without adding any fat. Remove excess fat.
4- Preheat your oven to 180 °C.
5- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the flour and yeast.
6- Incorporate the milk, oil, gruyere, leeks and bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
7- Pour the mixture into a lightly oiled cake mold and bake for approximately 50 minutes.
8- Let the cake cool before unmolding and cut it into slices.
