Ingredients
- Hot chocolate for 4 cups:
- 200 g of dark chocolate
- 50 cl of milk (1/2 liter)
- 20 cl of very cold liquid cream
- 10 cl of water
In a saucepan, put 50 cl of milk with 10 cl of water, bring to a boil, add 200g of chocolate, stir and let cook for 15 minutes on very low heat, stirring so it doesn't stick.
Strain through a sieve to filter the preparation and let cool.
When serving, whip the very cold cream into whipped cream, gently reheat the chocolate, whip it and pour it into cups, place the whipped cream on top and sprinkle chocolate powder on top and enjoy.
