  • 100 g of organic chestnut flour mixed with 50 g of Cornstarch
  • 2 free-range eggs lightly beaten
  • 100 g of caster sugar
  • 12 cl of whole milk
  • 1 packet (5 g) of organic baking powder
  • vanilla extract (Tahiti)
  • 65 g of melted butter (Echiré if possible)
  • 90 g of quince or orange jam (for example)
