Ingredients for 4 servings
- 1 beet
- 1/3 of a Chinese cabbage
- 1 handful of raisins
- 1 handful of hazelnuts
- 1 tbsp of cashew butter
- 1 tbsp of soy cream
- a little water
- wild garlic salt, pepper
- Malted yeast
1- Peel and cut the Chinese cabbage and beet.
2- Put them in a salad bowl and add the crushed hazelnuts and raisins.
3- Mix the cashew butter with the soy cream and a little water in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper
4- Pour this sauce over the raw vegetables and sprinkle with malted yeast.
Serve !!!!!
