  • Razor clams with turmeric cream and young garlic shoots for 4 people:
  • 800 g of live razor clams
  • 1 shallot finely chopped (grey if possible)
  • 1 small bunch of garlic shoots
  • 25 cl of liquid cream (30%)
  • 15 cl of white wine (from Charentes if possible)
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric (Madagascar if possible)
