Ingredients for 4 servings
- 50 cl of rice milk
- 8 slices of gingerbread
- 2 tablespoons of agave syrup
- 1 handful of puffed rice
- 1 small teaspoon of agar agar
1- Put the milk, agave syrup and agar agar in the saucepan and mix.
2- Let it cool slightly and add the cut slices of gingerbread until boiling and wait 2 minutes.
3- Pour into glasses and let cool.
4- Store in the fridge for 1 hour
