Ingredients
- 2 medium apples or 2 kiwis
- 15 g vegetable margarine
- 1 tablespoon white almond butter
- 25 g unrefined brown sugar
- 40 g spelt flour
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Cut the apples and core them in half, then in half again and pan-fry them with vegetable margarine and set aside.
Mix the margarine with the almond butter and sugar. Then add the flour, if you wish you can add a little unsweetened cocoa powder and knead until you get a granular paste.
Brush a ring with butter and arrange the apples around the ring in a rosette shape and sprinkle with crumble.
Bake to brown the crumble!!!
Served with a cider sauce and a scoop of vanilla ice cream!!!
