Ingredients
- 8 pears
- 12 slices of gingerbread + 4 for decoration
- 4 tbsp of honey
- 3 eggs
- 25 cl of milk
- 25 cl of cream
- 100 g of sugar
1- wash, peel the pears, cut them in half, remove the seeds, cut them into slices that are not too thin
2- in 4 small clafoutis molds (I used ceramic molds), arrange 3 slices of gingerbread with trimmed edges
3- nicely arrange the pear slices in a fan shape
4- add 1 tbsp of honey to each ramekin
5- prepare the custard by mixing the eggs and sugar, add the cream and milk, mix everything and pour this custard over the pears
6- place in the oven and cook for approximately 30 to 35 minutes in the oven preheated to 180°C
7- let them cool
8- cut the last 4 slices of gingerbread into 4 pieces lengthwise
9- decorate with gingerbread sticks and enjoy these clafoutis with ice cream or sorbet of your choice
Try with apples or fresh figs in season or grapes.
