  • Small salad of radish greens with Bayonne Ham strips
  • 2 bunches of nice green radish greens
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar or sherry
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 4 slices of Bayonne ham cut into strips approximately 2cm wide
