Ingredients for 4 servings
- 2 rolls of puff pastry
- cream cheese (Type Philadelphia or St Môret)
- 100 gr bacon (matchsticks, it's better)
- 2 salmon fillets
- a little butter
- 1 egg
- a little milk
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (Th. 7-8).
- Fry the bacon in a pan with a little butter, drain and set aside.
- Unroll the 1st puff pastry and cut it into 4, thus obtaining four triangles.
- Cut the salmon fillets in half and place one piece in the center of each pastry triangle.
- Put on top 1 well-heaping teaspoon of St Môret or Philadelphia cheese (+ if you wish),
and finally, sprinkle with a little bacon.
- In a bowl, mix an egg and a little milk.
- With a brush, coat the edges of each triangle.
- Unroll the 2nd puff pastry and cut it into four and cover the salmon, cheese and bacon, pressing well on the edges.
- Brush the egg/milk mixture over the entire surface of the pastry.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- They should take on a nice golden color.
- Here's what it looks like once you cut it in half, it's delicious.
- Serve with a small vinaigrette salad.
