Ingredients for 8 servings
- 2 rolls of puff pastry
- 70 grams of butter
- 3 egg yolks
- 70 grams of sugar
- 70 grams of almond powder
- 50 grams of dark chocolate
1- Melt the chocolate with the butter.
2- Beat 2 egg yolks with the sugar, add the almond powder then the butter chocolate mixture.
3- Spread a first sheet of puff pastry on a baking sheet. Brush the edges of the pastry with egg wash. Pour the mixture on top. Place the charm towards one edge then cover with the second sheet of puff pastry. Pinch the edges to seal the two sheets together.
4- Brush the galette with a brush using the remaining egg yolk diluted with a drop of water.
5- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for approximately 30 minutes until the pastry is golden.
