Ingredients for 6 servings
- 500 g of grated Créances sandy carrots 380 g in reds and 120 g in yellows.
- 10 cl of organic mandarin or clementine juice
- fine salt and Timut pepper
- olive oil and sliced lemongrass verbena (8 leaves).
1- In a salad bowl pour your mandarin juice, your olive oil salt and pepper with Timut then add your grated carrots.
2- Mix well taste it then add your sliced lemongrass verbena.
if you want to prepare this in the evening and let this mixture sit overnight in the fridge (mixed flavors)
Serve for example with a red tuna tataki
