Ingredients
- 200grs of dark pastry chocolate
- walnuts
- hazelnuts
- sliced almonds
- Candied orange peel
- raisins (golden or currants)..... it's up to you what decoration you want to make!
in a very large pot, boil a large quantity of water
in a small pot, break the chocolate into very small pieces and place the small pot in the pot
melt the chocolate but in the meantime, don't just stand there with your arms crossed waiting for it to melt, prepare a baking sheet that you will cover with parchment paper or cooking paper (it's the same in the end)
make room in the fridge to accommodate the baking sheet
when the chocolate is melted, pour 2 teaspoons of chocolate onto the baking sheet in a small circle and then spread it a little with the spoon, it should be quite thin, repeat the operation until there is no more chocolate left (yes, you are allowed to lick the pot)
add a dried or candied fruit on the chocolate discs
refrigerate for at least 1 hour
