Ingredients for 6 servings
A lovely gingerbread bread for 6 people:
- 250 g of milk
- 130 g of acacia honey (or wildflower)
- 80 g of butter
- 60 g of caster sugar
- 30 g of chopped almonds
- 230 g of flour (either 115 g of white and 115 g of rye mixed)
- 2 free-range eggs
- 20 g of baking powder
- the finely chopped zests of one untreated lemon and one orange
- 1 teaspoon of a mixture of cinnamon, star anise and nutmeg powder
