Ingredients for 2 servings
- 2 chicken breasts
- 100 g of rice
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 5 g of ginger
- Oil
- Sesame oil
- Sesame seeds
- Fresh coriander
1- Boil a pot of water and dissolve the vegetable stock cube.
2- Strip the coriander leaves and chop coarsely.
3- Finely chop the ginger.
4- Slice the chicken breasts and coat them with sesame oil, sesame seeds and chopped ginger.
5- Heat a pan with a little oil and sauté the chicken breasts, cook the rice for approximately 15 minutes. Once the rice is drained, mix it with the coriander.
6- Mix the chicken well and do not hesitate to add more sesame oil and seeds if necessary.
