Ingredients for 8 servings
- 2 apples
- 2 oranges
- 2 pears
- 2 bananas
- 250 g strawberries
- 1 lemon juice
- 50 g powdered sugar
1- Peel your apples and pears, remove the cores and cut them into small cubes.
2- Peel your oranges to the flesh (this means that with a knife you must trim your orange in such a way as to remove the outer skin but also the white skin of the orange. you must therefore trim down to the flesh). then cut your oranges into small cubes.
3- Wash your strawberries before hulling them, then cut them into four lengthwise.
4- Put your fruits in a salad bowl, add the sugar and lemon juice so they don't turn brown.
Of course you can add other fruits to this basic recipe. pineapple for sweetness and exoticism, kiwi for flavor and color, seasonal red fruits...
Keep your fruit salad chilled and serve it after a hearty meal, the faces of your guests will light up with happiness at the sight of this dessert so simple but so pleasant...
