Ingredients for 4 servings
- 1 roll of shortbread pastry
- 200 grams of whole fresh cream
- 200 grams of crushed pralines
1- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2- Melt the pralines in the cream in a saucepan over very low heat, once the sugar is dissolved, remove from heat. Do not let the cream boil.
3- Line the molds with shortbread pastry and pre-cook for 10 minutes.
4- Then pour the mixture into the molds.
5- Bake for 25 minutes then let cool before enjoying!
