Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry
- 100 g (3.5 oz) ground almonds
- 50 g (1.75 oz) sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 apple
1 Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F)
2 In a mixing bowl, combine the ground almonds, sugar and eggs
3 Roll out the puff pastry on a pie pan previously lined with parchment paper
4 Spread this almond-sugar-egg mixture on half of the puff pastry (the other half will be used to close the turnover)
5 Peel the apple and cut it into quarters. Place the quarters on the previous mixture
6 Close the turnover by covering it with the second part of the puff pastry
7 Bake for approximately 20 minutes
Best enjoyed lukewarm
