- Almond cream
- 100 g brown sugar
- 100 g ground almonds
- zest from 1/2 orange blanched and chopped
- 75 g softened butter (soft)
- 2 whole farm eggs
- For the Strussel preparation
- 100 g flour
- 100 g brown sugar
- 50 g ground almonds
- 100 g butter
- zest prepared the same way from the other half orange
- 6 beautiful apples (Elstar or Jonagold for example)
- peeled and cut into 1/2 cm cubes mixed with a little orange juice.
