Ingredients for 6 servings

for 6 people:

  1. 1.75 oz (50 g) of butter
  2. 4.4 oz (125 g) of flour
  3. 0.2 oz (5 g) of baker's yeast
  4. 0.5 oz (15 g) of sugar
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 2 tablespoons of Corsican citron marmalade (citrons from cap corse)
  7. 1.2 fl oz (3.5 cl) of milk at room temperature
  8. 1 pinch of salt
  9. 0.4 oz (10 g) of butter for the mold

For the syrup:

  1. 7 oz (200 g) of sugar
  2. the juice of a bergamot lemon
  3. the zest of the bergamot
  4. 1 vanilla pod
  5. 0.8 cup (20 cl) of water

For the garnish:

  1. 8 clemenvilla clementines
