Recipe created by my friend Brigitte Bertaux volunteer activity coordinator at the socio-cultural center of Pré Gentil in Rosny sous bois and who each month leads a culinary workshop for about ten people "Les Fourneaux de Brigitte"
Ingredients for 6 servings
for 6 people:
- 1.75 oz (50 g) of butter
- 4.4 oz (125 g) of flour
- 0.2 oz (5 g) of baker's yeast
- 0.5 oz (15 g) of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of Corsican citron marmalade (citrons from cap corse)
- 1.2 fl oz (3.5 cl) of milk at room temperature
- 1 pinch of salt
- 0.4 oz (10 g) of butter for the mold
For the syrup:
- 7 oz (200 g) of sugar
- the juice of a bergamot lemon
- the zest of the bergamot
- 1 vanilla pod
- 0.8 cup (20 cl) of water
For the garnish:
- 8 clemenvilla clementines
