- 250 g (8.75 oz) of mushrooms cut into slices
- 6 tablespoons of orange juice
- 400 g (14 oz) of bean sprouts

- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of curry powder
- 1 tablespoon of sambal sauce (sweet and sour fruit sauce)
