A shortcut on your phone for one-tap access.
How to do it on iPhone :
1. In Safari, tap the Share button (square with an up arrow, at the bottom of the screen).
2. Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen".
3. Tap Add at the top right.
1 tablespoon of sambal sauce (sweet and sour fruit sauce)

Step-by-step directions
1 Thinly slice the onions. Let them brown in olive oil over low heat. When they are transparent, add the mushrooms cut into slices and drizzle with orange juice.
2 Then add the apple cut into cubes, the seasonings, salt and pepper. Mix and let cook covered over medium heat.
3 When the apples are cooked, add the bean sprouts and let cook, making sure they remain slightly crispy.
4 Meanwhile, cook the chicken breasts in a pan, lightly sprinkled with curry. Serve on hot plates, with rice, drizzled with soy sauce and the chicken breasts on the side.

A recipe back from India, you can coat the poultry fillet with a breading mixture of gingerbread and curry.
