Recipe: Chicken Curry
Step-by-step directions
1 In your sauté pan, brown the chicken breast pieces in a little oil, salt, pepper and when they have taken color, transfer to a plate.
2/ Put the sauté pan back on the heat then sweat the sliced onions gently, after 5 minutes, add the apple chunks, curry and coconut milk, bring to a boil, season then add your chicken pieces for 10 minutes of cooking.

A good and simple recipe to serve for example with madras rice (rice cooked with the addition of pineapple chunks and raisins).
