Ingredients for 4 servings
- 1 sliced onion
- 450 g (16 oz) chicken breast cut into large chunks
- 40 cl (1.7 cups) coconut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 peeled apple cut into large chunks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt, pepper
1 In your sauté pan, brown the chicken breast pieces in a little oil, salt, pepper and when they have taken color, transfer to a plate.
2/ Put the sauté pan back on the heat then sweat the sliced onions gently, after 5 minutes, add the apple chunks, curry and coconut milk, bring to a boil, season then add your chicken pieces for 10 minutes of cooking.
